They are your floating home away from home. We have outfitted them to a high specification, so it is truly a comfortable experience.

Ocean Odyssey offers unforgettable marine encounters.
The ocean adjacent to Knysna, the beautiful town situated in the Garden Route region, is one of the most extraordinary whale watching destinations on South Africa. Ocean Odyssey is Knysna’s only official close encounter whale watching permit holder (issued under strict guidelines from DAFF (Department of Agriculture, Forestry and Fisheries.) Every year the humpback and southern right whales migrate from the Antarctic feeding grounds to mate and calve in the warmer waters off our Southern African coastline. Ocean Odyssey is passionate about showcasing these whales and the intricate web of other marine life that exists within this liquid landscape.
